The project is located in Dalianhe Town, Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province. It is currently the largest storage station project of China Gas in Heilongjiang, with functions such as LNG storage, filling, regasification and CNG compression. It undertakes the peak shaving function of China Gas in Harbin.
